Kim Sarreal who assisted us with our purchase in Ayala Land Premier has the worst attitude I have ever seen. She is just after the earnings and takes advantage of her clients. She has a nasty rude disgusting personality. Please avoid her at all cost.

No rating - old school, very disorganized, internal communication is messed up
Will rate 0.5; not even 1 point - and this is for dealing with them for Avida Towers Cebu. Accounting (seems outsourced) is so messed up and so disorganized. No real-time updates on payment postings, loses payments, struggles to trace payments with so many vendor names...

Reservations Fees can be refunded as long as ang at fault ay yung agent. We successfully had ours refunded back in 2019 para sa isang DMCI condo unit.
